TECH. PHILOSOPHY

We strongly believe that most technology solutions cannot be all things to all businesses.

We feel that technology solutions can have common foundation features, but like building a home, the details need to be defined by the exact needs of the customer.

Providing technology solutions that fit our customers needs provides them with control and flexibility which manifests into time savings, cost savings and better performance.

We believe in providing our customers what they want as well as what they need and for affordable pricing.

Imaging Architect

Imaging Architect is an application designed to organize and store document images based on your custom defined business rules. This system was originally designed for financial investment companies that require specific documentation for their customers investment accounts.

Through a web-based application interface that can run over the Internet or on your companies Intranet, Imaging Architect enables you to define and manage:

  • Storage Entites: Design and define your document storage entities. Those entities may represent customer account or vendor account entities, product type or service type entities, facility or geographical area entities, or any logical entity that you need to store documents against.
  • Document Types: Define the document types your entities require. For instance, say you are an investment company and you need to store documents such as a copy of your customers’ social security card, driver license or birth certificate. This document type could be defined as “Personal Identity.”
  • Documents: Define the required documents per the defined types. For instance, under the “Personal Identity” type, you would then define specific documents such as driver license, social security card, and birth certificate.
  • Entity Document Rules: Now that you have defined your storage entities, the types of documents you want to store, and the specific document names of those defined types, you are ready to lay out rules and requirements for what each entity needs to contain. For instance, you can say that each “customer account” requires a “Personal Identity” document of social security card within 15 days of the inception of the account into the system. If this document is NOT captured within those 15 days or the document is removed from the account before the account is deactivated, Imaging Architect will produce an alert notifying you as such.
  • The system contains exception reporting alerting you that certain documents required per the rules you have defined are not located in the system.

Imaging Architect is a simple, flexible and economical document management application that enables you to sustain a level of storage compliance unlike any other product on the market.
